CLIENT: SKM Architecture for D4 bar and restaurant.
CHALLENGE: Work with the interior designer to develop a contemporary lighting feature that highlighted a historic ceiling cavity discovered during the renovation process.
SOLUTION: A 6-metre cubed, bespoke KML22 Water Clear mesh construction.
RESULT: The remotely raised and lowered octagonal centrepiece chandelier follows the contours of the ceiling space, while multiple layers of mesh and 3-colour light control give the feature a pearl-like glow.
