STEP1: ALIGNMENT

Following initial contact, a discussion is held to define client requirements. This gives Kaynemaile and clients the opportunity to understand expectations and answer any queries the client may have regarding pricing, sizes, manufacturing times, shipping costs etc.

At this stage it is crucial for Kaynemaile to understand the nature of the enquiry - whether the client is simply looking for product samples or whether the enquiry is substantially more involved regarding specific design or installation remits and any other criteria.
